The PTSP gas-fired tilting melting furnace up to 1200 °C is designed for melting aluminium alloys with controlled pouring of molten metal into a transport ladle or transport holding furnace. The hydraulic tilting system simplifies melt transfer, while the gas burner provides high melting output for foundry production.

The PTSP furnace combines high melting performance with a hydraulic tilting system. The furnace body tilts hydraulically, allowing molten metal to be poured directly into a transport ladle or transport holding furnace. This helps simplify melt transfer between melting and casting operations.
