A bogie-hearth furnace is ideal when the charge is difficult to handle manually or with standard loading equipment. The charge can be prepared outside the furnace and moved into the chamber on the bogie trolley.

Heating from five sides
The VKT furnace is heated from the side walls, rear wall, door and the furnace bogie. This supports more even heat distribution around the charge and helps achieve stable process results.
