Ceramic heating panels for LAC PKE industrial furnaces
The ceramic heating panel is a replacement heating element designed for selected LAC PKE industrial furnaces manufactured from 2016 onwards.
The resistance heating element is integrated inside the ceramic panel, providing protection against direct mechanical contact in the furnace chamber. Depending on the furnace model, the panel is designed for installation on the side wall or in the furnace bottom.

Heating panel design
The heating panel consists of a ceramic body with an integrated resistance heating element. This construction protects the heating element from direct mechanical contact and is used in LAC PKE furnaces as part of the furnace heating system.
Depending on the furnace type, the heating panels are installed:
- on the side walls – two side heating panels are used
- in the furnace bottom – one bottom heating panel is used
The heating concept with ceramic panels is used in LAC PKE chamber furnaces as a protected resistance heating solution.
