The SV (PE) heat shrink chamber up to 135 °C is designed for fast and uniform shrinking of packaging film around goods placed on a pallet. Forced hot-air circulation distributes heat throughout the chamber and helps the film shrink evenly around the load.
The chamber is available in three standard sizes and is suitable for repeated pallet packaging operations in production, logistics and warehousing.

The goods are placed on a pallet and covered with a heat-shrinkable bag. The pallet is moved into the chamber using suitable handling equipment. During the heating cycle, forced hot-air circulation distributes heat around the load and shrinks the film around the packaged goods. After the cycle is completed, the pneumatic door opens automatically and the pallet can be removed.

The SV (PE) chamber can be supplemented with an automatic bag unwinder, which prepares bags of the required length from PE tubular film. For continuous operation, configurations with doors on both sides and a chain conveyor are also available.
