Laboratory muffle horizontal furnace for aggressive loads and heat treatment in a protective atmosphere

Working with aggressive loads, vapours or processes that can attack heating elements?

The LMH 04/12 model provides a reliable solution for controlled heat treatment up to 1200 °C.

When is this model the right choice?
  • You work with aggressive charge or vapours
  • You need to protect heating elements from aggressive emissions
  • You require stable and repeatable laboratory conditions
  • You are looking for a furnace suitable for demanding laboratory processes
The LMH 04/12 model is specially designed for testing aggressive charge. The heating spiral is wound on the ceramic muffle, so aggressive vapours do not reach the heating elements directly. The furnace is also protected by airing, which helps prevent condensation of vapours during firing.

Key features:

  • Maximum temperature 1200 °C for demanding laboratory processes
  • Chamber volume 4 l suitable for small samples and testing
  • Durable ceramic muffle separating the charge from the heating system
  • Heating spiral wound on the muffle
  • Exhaust outlet on the rear of the furnace
  • Reliable operation even with aggressive loads

Typical applications

This laboratory muffle furnace is designed for processes where the heating system must be protected from aggressive vapours and emissions. It is suitable especially for laboratory testing and heat treatment of aggressive loads.

  • Testing of aggressive loads
  • Laboratory heat treatment under controlled conditions
  • Processes with aggressive vapours or emissions
  • Material testing and development
  • Repeatable laboratory processes requiring protected heating elements

Available models in this series

For aggressive atmospheres

You need a laboratory furnace for processes with aggressive gases or vapours, where protected heat treatment conditions and long service life are critical.

The LMH series features heating elements embedded outside the chamber in a ceramic muffle, preventing direct contact with the atmosphere inside the furnace and helping protect the heating system from contamination or chemical attack.
