Vertical Muffle Furnace with Embedded Heating Elements LMV 02/12 up to 1200 °C

Vertical muffle laboratory furnace for protected heat treatment with a top loading

Need a laboratory furnace for vertical charging, controlled heat treatment and protection of heating elements from aggressive vapours?

The LMV 2/12 model provides a reliable solution for laboratory processes up to 1200 °C.

When is this model the right choice?
  • You prefer vertical charging of samples into the furnace
  • You need protection of heating elements from aggressive products of combustion
  • You require stable and repeatable laboratory conditions
  • You are looking for a furnace suitable for compact laboratory testing
The LMV 2/12 model is designed for vertical charging of samples into a ceramic muffle. The ceramic muffle prevents aggressive products of combustion from affecting the heating elements, while the heating spiral is wound on the muffle outside the working space. This design supports clean, protected and repeatable laboratory processing.

Key features:

  • Maximum temperature 1200 °C for demanding laboratory processes
  • Chamber volume 2 l suitable for small test samples
  • Vertical ceramic muffle for top loading of samples
  • Heating spiral wound on the muffle
  • Quiet operation thanks to contactless semiconductor SSR switch relays

Typical applications

This laboratory muffle furnace is designed for vertical loading of samples under controlled laboratory conditions. It is suitable especially for processes where the heating system must be protected from aggressive vapours or products of combustion.

  • Laboratory heat-treatment testing of samples
  • Material testing and development
  • Processes with aggressive products of combustion
  • Repeatable laboratory heat treatment
  • Controlled testing in a ceramic muffle

Available models in this series

  • LMV 02/12 (this model) – small samples and compact laboratory testing
  • LMV 05/12 (product detail) – versatile laboratory use and larger sample size

Ideal choice if

  • You need a vertical muffle furnace up to 1200 °C
  • You work with samples producing aggressive vapours
  • You require protected heating elements and repeatable operation
  • You prefer top loading into a ceramic muffle

Main benefits

  • Protection of heating elements from aggressive products of combustion
  • Vertical loading for convenient sample handling
  • Stable and repeatable laboratory results
  • Quiet operation
  • Bench-top design
Suitable for laboratories requiring top loading and protected heat treatment in a ceramic muffle.
For horizontal muffle processing, consider the LMH series. For more universal standard laboratory processes, consider the L series or a more economical LE series.

Optional features

  • Ht205 controller
  • Protective atmosphere inlet
  • Calibration of the controller measuring entry
  • EIA-485 interface
  • LAN interface (only with Ht205 controller)
  • Set HtMonit EV (includes interface + software)
